What are the benefits of HPP?
HPP is a non-thermal treatment method, and therefore does not materially affect the food or beverage itself, and is vastly superior at preserving freshness, taste, and consistency compared to traditional heat treatment. Depending on the properties of the raw product, HPP can extend shelf life from just a few days to many times that - providing benefits across the entire supply chain without compromising on product quality.
